L'emplacement proche du centre est agréable
L'évaluation des 2 douches se faisait très mal, le manque de luminosité dans les salles de bains et le manque également de poubelles. La literie était moyenne et surtout un canapé à remplacer d'urgence !!!! Le trou dans le carrelage dans la pièce à vivre aurait pu être bouché....

FAVOLOSO Molto comodo per girare Madrid,con vicinanza di metro e bus. Molto silenzioso
Situato in un quartiere molto comodo al centro e accessibile ai vari servizi. Aria condizionata funzionante,televisione con internet disponibile. Proprietari molto gentili e disponibili ed efficienti. Metro e bus raggiungibili a 10 minuti a piedi,supermercato a 30m. Molto silenzioso
Purtroppo appartamento situato al terzo piano senza ascensore un pò scomodo per le valigie ( ovviamente non è colpa dei proprietari )

No nos avisaron de que era tercera planta sin ascensor. Indiqué que viajaba con una persona con movilidad reducida. Tampoco me ofrecieron solución
