  Esta en una zona tranquila. Ropa de cama limpia.

  Al llegar fallaba el gas, no había toallas para todos. El WiFi no funcionaba, solo estuvo operativo 2 de 5 días. Nos arreglaron el gas y nos trajeron las toallas. Con respecto a las instalaciones, relativamente limpias salvo la alfombra. La pintura estaba resquebrajada. Había continuamente olores de comida de los comercios de abajo.

  Poor accommodation and bad customer service for the high price listed

  Location and neighbors. Convenient location to Envigado Parque where my son's school is but the poor service we arrange accommodation for 5 people 2 adults and 3 kids teens and we just got only 4 towels, 2 double bed sheets and my daughter who was supposed to sleep on the sofa did not have sheets or pillow to sleep and when we asked the response was have not more pillows or cushions to bring knly the next day will have sheets so she could sleep a bit comfortable. Hot water die not work pretty much all stay and no ventilation at all only one windows by the dining table. The place had 2 bathrooms and only in one u can go to have a poop the other one teens 14 years barely could try to squeezed and sit at the toilet and barely sit on it so uncomfortable and the sink was to the height almost of your chest once you reach the seat. Unbelievable they charged 1,150 millions pesos for one week and with the conditions and knowing that the manager never responded on time it was hard to feel comfortable and at ease on The place

  Customer service they responded to our petitions or needs when they did was the next day without saying last 3 days no response from them as the hot water tank never run on us for the last 3 days of the stay. The place is on top of a bakery shop so the heat of all day work is sitting every night and once u get to the place to sleep is like a oven so hot barely the fan works and the heat is enclosed thst wont allow u to sleep until past midnight after a cold shower so unbearable wont have a modest air conditioning system once they know they are renting a place thst is heated by the bakery downstairs.... Poor design and commodities barely one bath usable the other pretty much only for showers. After all the manager complained about towels thst had red stain perhaps our dye color on our heads my daughter and me but an unfortunate accident so he used this to threaten will be doing a bad review of me after we had to endured such a plain and poor place and such a bad customer service. Attached two pics of the water damage on the roof of the main bedroom where me and hubby stayed.
