    Lo barato sale caro

    Algo más barato de los de su zona, tampoco mucho. Tiene piscina

    Al entrar olía a fumigado. Descubrimos el porqué cuando en la cocina dejas algo abierto y se llena de hormigas. Está lejos de la playa. El piso está tal cual se construyó y se nota que hace 10 años que necesita arreglos. En la cocina hay baldosas levantadas. Las ventanas algunas no cierran bien y son las mismas del edificio, que deben tener 40 años. El aire acondicionado está más que amarillo y le faltan las palas. Etc etc. Se nota que es el típico apartamento heredado que se alquila para ganar dinero y no se invierte en mantenerlo.

    Agradable estancia

    El aire acondicionado y la ubicación

    La falta de mobiliario de jardín en la piscina comunitaria. Muy agradable la piscina pero no había ni una hamaca y la ducha tenía poquísima presión. El ruido del tráfico debido a que las ventanas no aíslan acústicamente el piso.
