Très beau logement ds quartier calme résidentiel situé à 20/25 minutes de Séville,bien équipé (lave linge ,lave vaisselle,), tout près d un arrêt de bus pour Séville donc très pratique.
Il n y a vraiment pas beaucoup de vaisselle,seul point négatif

Erittäin siisti asunto rauhallisella alueella, kaikki tarpeellinen kahdelle hengelle..Sängyt oli sopivan jämäkät nukkua.
Yöpöydällä olisi hyvä olla lukuvalo. Kuvat saa sinut uskomaan että uima-altaalle pääsee suoraan asunnosta, mutta sinun tulee kiertää talon ympäri takapihalle, joka on oikeastaan omistajan takapiha. Asunnossa ei ole omaa terassia.

The location of the accomodation was easy to reach, with parking right in front of it and a safe neighbourhood. The apartment had air conditioning, a washing machine, a dishwasher and all necessary amenities. The lady who gave us the keys was kind and contact with the staff was always quick and they were available.

Insalubre, sucio, dueño sin honra y un cobro abusivo de 303 € por una noche
Grave falta de salubridad y mala fe. De 4 noches contratadas (356 €), tuvimos que marcharnos tras la primera porque era inhabitable. Nadie abandona sus vacaciones e incurre en gastos por capricho; nos fuimos por necesidad. * **Falta de honra:** El anfitrión alardea de "ser un hombre de los pies a la cabeza", pero a mí mi padre me enseñó que la honra y la ética están por encima del dinero. Quedarse con lo ajeno tras dar un servicio lamentable demuestra lo contrario. No, Anselmo, créame: usted no es un hombre del que sentirse orgulloso. * **Insalubridad y heces:** Heces secas de perro grande en el jardín y junto a las tumbonas. Piscina verde, turbia, con algas e insectos (encendieron la depuradora al verme grabarla para tapar la suciedad). Mesa exterior mugrienta que lavamos nosotros con la única bayeta (sucia y con espuma de poliuretano). Ni fregona tenían. * **Atención y abuso:** Evitaron mostrar la casa y no cogieron el teléfono in situ. Responden con chulería a otras reseñas. Negativa total a reembolsar (Booking dio un bono de 53 €, pretendiendo cobrar 303 € por una noche insalubre). En la OCU con fotos y vídeos con metadatos. Cuidado Desaconsejable. Casi nos arruinan las vacaciones, menos mal que encontramos otro sitio bueno de verdad. La falta de higiene, la falta de honra del anfitrión y cobrar 303 € por una noche inhabitable arruinaron las vacaciones.
