  Very disappointing. J

  The swimming pool was clean and spacious if rather bare (concrete surroundings, not much shade). Beds small but comfortable.

  The apartment is so much less spacious than it appears on the photos. We were 4 adults and 2 children, very cramped bedrooms. Very dmall bathrooms. No space to sit outdoors. The balcony is enclosed with windows. Only room for 3 ppl to sit. The apartment is also situated in a residential building. The whole complex is very run down and the area is rather noisy. No air con. Dirty ceiling fans. Broken ceiling fan in one bedroom and stand fan in sitting room was wobbly and filthy. Tatty furniture, towels still damp on a drying rack when we arrived. Odd smell. Mold in one bathroom. Strange repairs that didnt work ( eg: tape around the kitchen tap). Small cockroaches in the kitchen at night. We were informed they had been treated but they are still there). We decided to leave after the first night (Saturday)I contacted the office but had no reply until the Monday morning. We did not receive any refund but were offered a 25% voucher for a future stay 2 weeks later.

  Communication with the property management company was good. Location is convenient - the closest beach, Playa de la Pinta, is 10 minutes away, there is a large supermarket, Mercadona, 3 minutes away, the bus station of Costa Adeje is 15 minutes way.

  This apartment is way smaller than it looks on photos and is not maintained well. The drainage in both bathrooms is clogged - when you turn on the tap to wash your hands, sewage water comes out of the shower drain, and the bad smell stays for hours. There are cockroaches in the kitchen and the bathroom (the small and quick German cockroaches). A lot of items were broken and not replaced or repaired, e.g. a shoe cupboard at the entrance, a shelf in the fridge etc. The apartment was not cleaned properly, we had to wash the floor after arrival. The apartment complex is huge and is in clear decline, there was a lot of noise in late evenings from kids playing football and nearby bars on Avenida de los Pueblos. There was a parking lot in an underground garage in the building, but we didn't get a remote control to open the parking garage gate (which was sometimes open, but mostly closed). So, we had to park elsewhere, which was very difficult in Costa Adeje. Don't get me wrong - I do value the owner's effort to modernise the old apartment, but the whole building is run‑down and the outdated infrastructure cancels out their work. In the end, our stay simply wasn’t comfortable.

  Tropi soldi per le conditioni.

  Positione era buona.

  Le pulizie non erano ben fatte, in cucina solo 4 sedie e noi abbiamo fatto la prenotatione per 8 persone. C'erano alcuni insetti nell'apartamento, perciò potrei dire che serverebbe una buona desinfectione e buona pulizia. Le cose nell apartamento non sono nouve come nelle foto.

  Great stay with a fantastic host. Would stay here again 100%

  The location was perfect! The apartment itself was very well presented but just a slight issue with access and pool access, a lock box would really help this situation but other than that the property was great
