квартира соответствует фото, все очень комфортно. удобная кровать, диван тоже пригоден для сна. кухня со всем необходимым. удобное расположение (погулять, покушать, магазины). заселяла нас Анжелика, все было показано, рассказано, и была на связи все время проживания, помогла разобраться с краном)) также поделилась списком заведений, где можно покушать
в сезон без кондиционера спать будет невозможно (открытые окна не вариант, рядом заведения, шумно), поэтому логичнее было бы включить его сразу в проживание. добавьте, пожалуйста, полотенца на кухню.

If I will come back to Alicante for sure will choose this apartment once again.
The apartment is enough for three people and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is great — everything we wanted to see was within a maximum of 5–10 minutes’ walk from the apartment. Playa del Postiguet is just a 5-minute walk away. We had really good communication with Anzhelika, who was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. :) We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this apartment!

Lokalizacja w samym centrum, w środku starej, zabytkowej zabudowy. Najważniejsze atrakcje turystyczne były od 130 do 400 metrów! Bardzo blisko sklepy spożywcze. Restauracje z różnorodną ofertą praktycznie przy budynku. Apartament czysty, schludny, zapewniający komfort. Właścicielka przesympatyczna! Kontakt bezproblemowy :) Udało się zorganizować transport z lotniska do apartamentu i z powrotem.
Zaskoczyła mnie dodatkowa opłata za klimatyzację. Klimatyzacja była niezbędna. To tylko 10€ za dzień, ale wolałbym wiedzieć o koszcie przed podróżą.
