einfache und sehr nette Übergabe der Wohnung, top ausgestattet, geräumig/groß, Stellplatz zubuchbar , nicht direkt im Stadtzentrum aber tolle Anbindung/schnelle Erreichbarkeit
Keine Klimaanlage - die Wohnung heizt sich tagsüber sehr stark auf. Ansich gibt es genügend Fenster zum Durchlüften, aber auch das + der kleine, bereitgestellte Ventilator sorgen nicht wirklich für Abkühlung. Hinzu kam, dass die Nachbarschaft eigentlich sehr schön ruhig ist, aber während unseres Aufenthaltes war der Hund des Nachbarn schräg unten sehr nachtaktiv und laut gewesen ist (haben ihn nach 5 Nächten darauf angesprochen, aber als Empfehlung bekamen wir nur die Fenster zu schließen). Dafür kann der Vermieter natürlich nichts, aber es sollte erwähnt werden.

Appartamento spazioso e finemente arredato, dispone di tutto ciò di cui si possa avere bisogno, dagli utensili da cucina, fino ad elettrodomestici come lavatrice e lavastoviglie ed una grande TV Smart. La zona è semplicemente perfetta, un bellissimo quartiere circondato da ristoranti e alberghi di lusso, insomma un posto in cui poter stare sereni. Per €5 al giorno è possibile aggiungere il posto auto personale nel garage, comodissimo ed economico rispetto agli standard della zona. Personale gentile e disponibile. Noi avevamo un auto elettrica e nei dintorni sono presenti parecchie opzioni per la ricarica.
Il livello di pulizia dell’appartamento non rispecchiava il livello della struttura. Abbiamo avuto piccoli problemi con formiche, che spuntavano regolarmente dalla cucina e nel soggiorno, ma siamo riusciti a risolverlo. La porta del bagno era rotta. In generale, nulla che abbia compromesso il nostro soggiorno.

super,wrócę!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
super lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko piechotą, doskonały widok na ocean przy porannym śniadaniu na troszkę małym balkonie. Udogodnieni w postaci parkingu podziemnego ,super....ale dla aut compaktowych/BMW 1/ Z TRUDEM, parkują auta motocykle na zakrętach!!!! trudno wjechać i wyjechać. Ale generalnie apartament na 9,9 polecam
parking, słaby porządek......
