The apartment is unfit for accommodation due to three fundamental issues: unbearable street noise, a persistent mould smell despite three air fresheners, and the lack of proper ventilation. The windows are at pavement level and cannot be opened without exposing the room directly to passers-by. The only way to get fresh air is by opening the entrance door, which is neither reasonable nor safe. In addition, the property is not accessible, despite being listed as accessible on Booking.com. The owners are not accessible by phone, do not communicate in English, and did not return my repeated calls. I was forced to book alternative accommodation because the apartment was poorly ventilated, had a strong mould smell, and it was difficult to breathe inside. I am requesting a refund. I have videos documenting these conditions.
