    A recepção foi super agradável e atenciosa, sempre a disposição para ajudar. Gostei muito do apartamento, da entrada e saída não deixou a desejado

    Com relação ao caução que tem que deixar no ato da entrada! Mas é de importância para os locatários se prevenir aos problemas de mal uso dos objetos, móveis em geral, sendo que tem móveis delicados que possa vim quebrar, e a responsabilidade é do equilino arcar com a responsabilidade e que muitas as vezes quando não há o caução o dono do imóvel fica no prejuízo mais do que a locação que não paga o prejuízo deixado e que não tem como cobrar do equilino sendo que na maioria vem de fora! Justo por justo!
