    Vuokranantajan vastuulla on kertoa ennakkoon mahdollisesta kovasta rakennusmelusta rakennuksessa.

    Asunto olisi varmaan ollut ihan viihtyisä jos siellä vain olisi voinnut olla muutenkin kun öisin ja sijaintikin oli ihan ok.

    Rakennuksessa oli menossa useamman asunnon täysremontti ympärillä olevissa asunnoissa, Oleskelu asunnossa tai parvekkeella ei onnistunut ilman kuulosuojaimia kello 9-19 välillä. Poravasaran ja lekan melutaso oli päivisin kovimmillaan lähes 100 db kun seinä- ja lattialaattoja hakattiin irti. Ilmoitin vuokranantajalle (Ruben) ja Holidulle että asunto on asumiskelvoton. Vuokranantaja ei halunnut järjestää korvaavaa majoitusta tai palauttaa rahojamme Holidun ja Bookingin kehoituksesta huolimatta. Booking.com palautti oman komissionsa ihan mallikkaasti ja vaihdoimme asuntoa kolmen päivän jälkeen.

    Location is superb, right on beach with so many shops & restaurants in easy reach. Very Near Los Boliches train station, approx 8 min walk. The apartment has everything you need it's a home away from home.

    Lifts in complex we thought were a little dodgy, but service man was working on them while we were there
