Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times. The check-in process implies a mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. Please note that late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 carries a surcharge of EUR 70 that has to be paid in cash. Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. MIT House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment due to not having carried out said process beforehand. This apartment is located within the area called Madrid Central, with restricted access to road traffic. Keep in mind that, to access the apartment in a private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Directorate General of Traffic (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. MIT House is not responsible for any municipal sanctions in this regard. For reservations of 30 nights or more, a mid-term rental agreement must be signed. Guests must sign a seasonal rental agreement upon arrival.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

    Lokacija je vrlo dobra, u samom centru. Komunikacija sa iznajmljivačem je solidna, odgovori na pitanja stižu relativno brzo. Uzeti će 400 eura pologa na početku. S povratom nije bilo problema. Računajte da ćete po ključeve morati ići na recepciju koja je nekih 500tinjak metara od samog apartmana.

    Brava na vratima je u katastrofalnom stanju. Tko god planira odsjesti u apartmanu mora biti svjestan toga da će vrlo vjerojatno u nekom trenutku biti u situaciji da ne može ući u apartman ili izaći iz njega. Kad se nazove služba koja bi to trebala riješiti, njihov jedini odgovor je da probate mrdati ključem u bravi lijevo desno. Iz toga se vidi da su svjesni tog problema i da je već bilo takvih poziva. Ali eto, ne smatraju potrebnim uložiti 100 eura u novu bravu.

    دفعت المال لراحتي ولم اجدها لا في المكان ولا الموقع

    الصاله الواسعه فقط

    ابلاغنا ان البيت خمس غرف وهو ثلاث غرف فقط عدم وجود مفاتيح على ابواب الحمامات والغرف النظافه سيئه جدا والحشرات الطائرة منتشره بشكل كبير الموقع سيء جدا

    Comodidad y espacios.

    Se cayeron los brakers 2 veces y una de las noches dormimos sin electricidad en lo que el Staff nos pudo resolver.
