  Worst experience in my life! Well, first of all, no one met us. They left the keys for us near the entrance of apartment. Although I warned them that we would arrive at 15:30-16:00. (We arrived at 15:45) When I got to the apartment, I looked around and saw that the towels were dirty. I wrote to Mercedes(who had to meet us there) about it and asked her for an extra sheet or pillowcase to cover the blanket, because it's in a terrible condition! Merceles said no problem, but that she could only arrive in two hours. In the end, we agreed that she would come at 7:00 pm But at 19:10 no one has arrived yet! When I sent her a text message, Mercedes told me that her colleague was in traffic! And in the end, her colleague arrived only at 19:45. So we have been waiting for her 45 minutes! She shamelessly entered the bedroom with shoes and began to take out and show me a new towel from the closet with dirty hands! When I made the comment, she told me "take it easy". Then I asked her why the apartment is so poorly cleaned. But at that moment, she called Mercedes started talking bad about us, not thinking that I understand Spanish! Then she left very quickly even without saying goodbye. I informed Mercedes of this situation, to which she said "I'm so sorry." I told her that no one gave me a duvet cover! She did not answer me, I wrote again on Saturday, she replied that she was not in Marbella for the weekend and that she was taking care of her parents. I said okay, let's talk tonight evening and decide what time on Sunday she was going to come and give me this duvet cover! I texted her on Saturday night and even sent her a picture of a horribly dirty blanket! But she did not answer me and, naturally, I did not receive this unfortunate duvet cover! I have paid for this Apartment 250 euros per night! As a result, my mood was terribly bad and I slept in a dirty bed! But the colleague of Mercedes did not forget to write me on 7.

  Can’t fault this apartment and the excellent communication from the host. Very happy with our stay.

  Property was just amazing. Spacious super clean and great location. Fantastic host… really enjoyed our stay.

  Maravilhoso!

  Apartamento moderno e bem decorado, limpo, a 5minutos a pé da praia, ótima insonorização apesar de num local movimentado! Muito bem localizado, caminhada de 15 minutos até ao centro da cidade.

  Não ter parque de estacionamento, mas conseguimos sempre na rua à beira do apartamento.
