Disappointing cleanliness and maintenance issues during the stay. Unhelpful hosts
The location was convenient and the apartment itself appeared relatively modern.
We experienced multiple cleanliness and maintenance concerns during the stay, including hair in the bed, bathroom and towels, mold in the bathroom, and a continued insect all over the the apartment. We documented these issues shortly after check-in and contacted both the host and Booking.com. While Booking.com attempted to assist, we were disappointed with how the concerns were handled by the property. They ignored us and then accused of us lying! Highly dissapointed, do not recommend.
