Please note that -There is extra charge for late check-in starting from 21:00 as follows: From 21:00 to 00:00 EUR 25; From 00:00 EUR 45. -Registration and delivery of keys for December 24 and 31 will be until 6:00 p.m. -Check-in and key delivery (check-in) for the 24th and 31st of December will be until 18:00h. -It is forbidden to take towels out of the apartment. -It is forbidden to remove makeup on the towels, otherwise we will be forced to retain the deposit money. -Only registered guests may stay in the apartment. If this rule is not followed, the reservation may be automatically canceled and you must vacate it. -Take the trash out to the street and leave it in the trash containers. -The keys must be left inside the apartment, turn off the lights and the air conditioning/heating.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
