O espaço é muito intimista, a vista é deslumbrante, o jardim e a casa são óptimos!
O acesso ao estacionamento deve ser repensado, para quem tem um carro grande e com pouca altura do solo obriga a ir ao fim da rua para efetuar a saída.

Gostamos da casa, da localização, do acesso a uma praia privada excelente e do pulmão da natureza envolvente!
Infelizmente o acesso final à casa é péssimo! Não existem condições para entrar e sair de carro os a estrada está em péssimo estado e foi impossível não raspar sempre com o carro em baixo! O outro aspecto negativo, não existe qualquer tipo de iluminação para depois de sair do carro à noite, as escadas improvisadas são perigosas, com ferros expostos que sem qualquer luz, é verdadeiramente muito perigoso! Esperemos que tenham esta crítica construtiva em conta. Obrigada

Private lake beach!
The location was fantastic! The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. The private beach/swimming was a highlight, especially as the nearby ones in Rio Caldo we're very busy while we were there. Quite a few cafés, restaurants and bars within walking distance.
I would recommend bringing a torch with you if you go out at night, as it was quite dark going up and down the steps to the apartment. There were a few items that needed fixing (the cord was broken on one of the blinds, the light in the bathroom was missing the cover, one of the balcony glass panels was cracked). We had to pay a security deposit via an outside link to their website, but it was returned to us within 4 days.

Úžasný výhled z krásné terasy, vlastní pláž u řeky, klid a ticho, pokud tam nebyly obsazené další apartmány
Nedostatečná zvuková izolace vedlejšího apartmánu, zejména večer bylo slyšet každé slovo, nepohodlné postele a polštáře.
