No todo es ganar dinero, hay que dar un buen servicio
La urbanización
El piso no está preparado para 4 personas. Es un piso para 2 como mucho. Todo muy antiguo, se ve que el dueño no invierte nada en la comodidad de sus inquilinos. La cocina muy incómoda, la limpieza entre clientes no es profunda, la ducha no tiene presión y para rematar, aunque esto no es culpa del propietario, los aviones pasan por encima del apartamento cada 5 minutos. Si viajan 4 uno debe dormir en el sofá (no es sofá cama) y el otro en una cama supletoria plegable muy incómoda.

Not worth the cost
Location is good. The lady who meets you is nice.
The owner requests €100 cash on arrival with no receipt given and which I did not get back when I left. I have emailed Booking.com.about this. You have to whatsapp a neighbour for access to let you in and before you leave with an exact time with limited flexibility, there is no air con, the washing machine locked and is clearly faulty, my clothes were locked in which delayed my departure, the shower rail fell off the wall when I opened the curtain. It cost the same as another apartment in the same development which has air con and modern equipment including a working washing machine. Very overpriced apartment at €130 for a night!
