    Localização muito boa, próximo do centro, colchões confortáveis.

    Muitas coisas para reformar, chuveiro com instruções de uso que poderia cair o disjuntor e ai tem que religar, e se abrir um pouco a mais, cai água por todos os lados do chuveiro, inclusive por cima dele também, o que eu acho um pouco perigoso. Como era por uma única noite e seguiríamos viagem para casa, optamos por tomar banho em casa. Deve se atentar que o apto fica no segundo andar e não possui elevador. Informação importante, caso possua idosos ou muita bagagem.
