  The apartment was exactly as pictured, clean and close to the beach and old town, with easy WhatsApp communication and flexible, seamless key handover – highly recommended!

  The perfect stay

  Brilliant location, great apartment, friendly landlord we checked in late as had a late flight but just payed a €20 late check in fee, everything is right in your doorstep and just a short walk from the main strip I'd say maybe 15-20 mins max apartment has absolutely everything you need we are out most nights but had sandwich stuff in the fridge and picky bits for the evenings, plenty of restaurants nearby and a taxi rank that's beer close, there isn't one thing I can say that way bad in all honesty air con was spot on very quiet in the evenings I would definitely re book this place when returning to benidorm in the future

  The only downside to our stay was that there was loud construction work going on a stones throw away which started around 8am until about 5-6pm but that's not the landlords problem or fault whatsoever

  Great location and good air con. Comfortable bed and good facilities overall. A modern and clean apartment and the owner kindly checked us in early and communicated well. There were even beach towels and a parasol provided. The apartment is really secure and peaceful.

  A few more kitchen utensils and a large wok or frying pan would have been useful. Not a major issue to us but would be helpful.

  La habitación genial, una cama súper cómoda, armario amplio, etc. El piso tenía sistema de aire acondicionado y ventiladores de techo, que se agradece, además está muy cerca de la playa y de la calle principal. El baño tiene secador y todo repuesto. Hay Smart TV (que está muy bien para cuando te apetece quedarte en casa por la noche). También la anfitriona súper amable, nos atendió en todo momento cualquier duda, nos dejó entrar antes y si no tiene huéspedes después de ti te puede dejar salir más tarde! Además nos dejó sombrilla y una bolsa con toallas, que si por lo que sea se te olvida o quieres salir a cenar a la playa y están las tuyas mojadas como nos pasó a nosotros pues está muy bien.

  Si es verdad que se podría poner una alcachofa pequeña en la ducha a parte de la grande, porque se agradecería mucho, no es que te haga la vida imposible no tenerla pero estaría bien a la hora tanto de ducharse como de limpiar el suelo de la ducha después de la playa. También revisar el filtro del desagüe de la ducha ya que tuvimos que limpiarlo porque estaba lleno de pelos y no tragaba el agua. Si algo echo en falta (esto no es crítica es capricho) sería quizá un sofá un pelín más cómodo y un horno, pero lo dicho, eso es puro capricho, la verdad que en general todo genial.

  Locație excelenta, pana la plaja vreo 300m.,pana in centrul vechi 7-10 minute de mers agale.,stația de autobuz si stația de taxi la o aruncatura de baț, mercadona,consum,restaurante,cafenele in imediata împrejurime. Apartamentul spațios cu dormitor separat de livingul cu bucătărie,baie si balcon. Bucătăria dotata,in living canapea extensibila,televizor, conditioner.,apartamentul curat,luminos,confortabil. Gazda receptiva,atentă la detalii,binevoitoare.Albiturile si prosoapele (baie si plaja)schimbate la cerință. Raportul preț calitate excelent, in deosebi pentru un oraș stațiune foarte popular si aglomerat.

  Lipsa mașinii de spălat rufele se compensează de spalatoriile din preajma.
