    Gorgeous property and excellent location, but let down by unresolved hot water issues

    We loved how close the apartment is to everything in Marbella. It is a beautiful property inside a lovely estate with reassuring 24/7 security. The balcony was a highlight, and the full laundry and kitchen setup was incredibly convenient. The host, Nadia, was very responsive when we reached out.

    Unfortunately, the hot water system didn't work properly for 4 guests, leaving us with cold showers. Nadia did quickly arrange a plumber, but having them arrive at 9:00 AM on a Saturday morning was very inconvenient, and the issue was left completely unresolved anyway.
