This was a wonderful place to stay and relax in Logroño. The host was very responsive.
I liked the location and views from this apartment. It felt spacious, and so nice to have separate rooms to enjoy. The washing machine and bathtub were a big plus for me! The host was also responsive regarding an issue I had with accessing keys and WiFi, and did allow me to check in a tad early.
The apartment was well appointed with kitchen cookware and cutlery, dish soap and hand soap, and a fan, though there was no laundry detergent which I would have appreciated. The microwave and TV were quite outdated, so I did not use the TV. The decor was overall nice, although a couple of picture frames seem missing or off center in an odd way. But otherwise very comfortable and wonderful, with great windows, light, and WiFi.

Llegamos y sofá-cama completamente roto. Lo elevamos a la gestora (clabao) el mismo día y nos dieron largas. Al irnos, elevamos la instancia y nos facilitan un correo donde exponer nuestra situación; pedimos que como mínimo un 33% del importe fuera reembolsado. 15 días después seguimos esperando respuesta; 10 días seguidos dejándonos en visto tanto por correo electrónico como por whatsapp. Lamentable, no volvemos a reservar con ellos nunca más. Evitar a toda costa!!!

ME SIENTO ESTAFADO
El servicio de la empresa, la primera noche no pudimos abrir el sofá cama y tocó dormir con el colchón en el suelo. Les llamamos y los 4 días iban a pasar a solucionarlo, pero nada. Puse una queja a booking para que intermediaran, pero tampoco hicieron nada. Muy descontento y sobretodo me siento estafado. En 20 años en booking, no me he quejado nunca, pero esto en pleno siglo XXI no se puede consentir y lo peor que booking no ha hecho nada para remediarlo.

Aunque no estaba sucio podía estar más limpio Alguna carencia tipo ducha, el sofá cama fue complicado abrilo, la ropa de cama en bolsas de basura
