Location of property was good.
Worst experience and customer service ever at this property! Rating does not match the customer service, experience and amenities. We booked a 13 night stay at this property. Apartment walls need painting, no closet, rooms small, bathroom extremely tiny with a foul smell that made us nauseous, no safe to store valuables, couch in living room needs to be replaced, no washer / dryer and only 2 towels for 13 night stay for two people, no dishwasher, insects and mature spider webs in corner of living and bedroom and parking was extremely inconvenient. Upon checking in we noticed a window could not close properly and the tiny bathroom had a horrible foul smell that was unbearable and that permeated throughout the whole apartment. We informed the property immediately and they sent someone over to attempt to resolve the issues. They resolved the window issue and poured Clorox in toilet, shower and sink drain. The next morning the smell was still there and made me feel nauseous and sick. Since the property was unable to resolve the smell and it was making us feel nauseated and sick, we had no choice but to find another property and requested a refund for the remaining 11 nights. The property refused to give us a refund for the remaining nights due to the condition of the property and chose to keep 50% of our monies even though the reason for the change was their inhabitable apartment that was resulting in health / safety concerns for us. This property provided horrible customer service and were more focused on keeping our monies than our health and well-being. They ended up taking €902.12 for a 2 nights stay.
