    Good location, spacious, walking distance to some attractions and public transport. 24/7 reception security. Host responds quickly to requests.

    Host requests PayPal or money order deposit/payment, both will cost guests dearly. Eventually I walked 2 bank branches to withdraw cash for payment, which cost me a large amount of ATM withdrawal fees. The host should've listed her ancient and very costly payment method in booking conditions. I have never met any accommodations that don't accept credit card in more than 20 years of travelling with booking.com. the building is not suitable for hospitality purposes, it might be ok to put up a relative in the city centre for a couple of days but definitely not for longer/serious travellers. You can hear all the noise from outside and your next door neighbours. Crazy neighbour once even banned on my door just for fun at 2am. I had to call the host twice during my stay to call the security to stop neighbours making noise late at night. curtain was broken and no hot water on my second day. Towels and shower curtain were dirty and moulded. Cooking top is broken and the spare is very dirty. No basic kitchen supplies like salt. There were leftover rubbish and used cooking oil in the pot after I checked in. Very unhealthy plastic water kettle which also something I haven't seen for more than 20 years. No couch which is not quite comfortable staying indoors. No extra/spare beddings, I had to request one when I was too cold at night. Given the price and the length of my stay, it was definitely a disappointment.

    Lo luminoso que es el dpto y la ubicación! Muy cómodo y silencioso! Seguramente la próxima vez que viaje a Buenos Aires me hospedaré aquí. Gracias por todo!
