    Cockroach-infested apartment caused panic and sleepless nights, host denied claim

    Every night felt like a horror movie. Giant cockroaches (3–4 cm long) appeared in the bedrooms from the first moment we entered the apartment, possibly because there were no window screens or due to another problem in the building. We barely slept during our stay. The accommodation denied our claim, as Booking customer service informed us, even though the host had been notified of the problem from the moment of our arrival. On top of that, the host accused us of attracting the bugs. We also paid a €70 cleaning fee, yet we still washed all the dishes by hand and left the kitchen clean before checkout. Very disappointing experience overall.

    Apartament w super lokalizacji, blisko do wody, sklepów. Bardzo dobrze posprzątany, choć piasek bardzo się tu nanosi. Mieliśmy jeden problem w postaci dostania się do apartamentu, ale gospodarz bardzo szybko nam pomógł. Gdybyśmy mieli przyjechać w okolice raz jeszcze wybralibyśmy to miejsce ponownie.

    W El Medano jest ogólny problem z zaparkowaniem samochodu, trzeba było się trochę namęczyć, ale nie jest to wina właścicieli:) Brakowało nam kilku rzeczy np. deski do krojenia , ale nie jest to rzecz która psuje pobyt. Ogólnie polecamy. Trzeba pamiętać, że to 3 piętro bez windy, nam i naszemu 3latkowi zupelnie nie przeszkadzało.
