Semana de vacaciones junto al palacio de congresos de marbella
La ubicación del apartamento y el tamaño de las habitaciones así como la terraza
En la semana que estuvimos no lograron solucionar tres incidencias q reportamos. La principal de los dos baños solo pudimos ducharnos en uno por un problema en el mando de temperatura de agua caliente. Las puertas de los baños habían sufrido desperfectos anteriores por agua y no podían cerrarse. Por último, solo facilitan un juego de llaves lo q para cuatro adultos es insuficiente para entrar y salir del apartamento con normalidad.

Insuffisance
Très mauvaise expérience. L'une des deux salles de bain était quasiment inutilisable : la porte, complètement déformée par l'humidité, était extrêmement difficile à ouvrir et à fermer. Pire encore, l'une des lattes de cette porte se détachait de son cadre, laissant un espace qui permettait de voir directement à l'intérieur de la salle de bain. Un tel manque d'intimité est tout simplement inacceptable dans un logement proposé à la location. Nous avons immédiatement signalé le problème à l'agence qui gère le logement, mais notre message a été totalement ignoré. Aucune proposition de solution. Ce manque de professionnalisme et de considération pour les voyageurs est particulièrement décevant. Il est regrettable qu'un logement soit proposé à la location avec un défaut aussi évident, sans que le gestionnaire ne juge utile d'y remédier ou même de répondre lorsqu'il est signalé. Nous ne recommandons pas cet hébergement.

Nice apartment in decent area
Spacious apartment, lovely balcony
The door on the apartment is very different to open and we were left outside for hours on arrival as we couldn’t open it. The pool is difficult to find, and a bit bleak.

Bonito apartamento en ubicación inmejorable
La ubicación perfecta, el apartamento estaba impecable y fueron muy amables en el trato.
Nada, todo estaba fenomenal, la puerta del baño secundario no cerraba por decir algo, pero tampoco nos importaba a nosotros.
