    CALME ET BEAU TEMPS

    Appartement spacieux, bien équipé, 2 chambres avec salle de bain et toilettes individuelles, belle terrasse. Emplacement au calme. Possibilité de parking sans problème. Piscine à disposition, terrain de paddle, terrain de pétanque... A proximité un port de plaisance et quelques bars et restaurants. Sans oublier un temps magnifique pendant tout le séjour.

    De nombreuses et belles résidences dans le secteur. le calme en cette période du mois d'octobre, intéressant pour les personnes qui souhaitent en profiter. Mais en définitive une résidence loin du centre d'ALTEA et ses possibilités de découvertes, sa plage, ses commerces, ses restaurants qui oblige a prendre systématiquement un véhicule pour parcourir les 8 à 10 Km pour atteindre la Ville. Petite erreur personnelle quant au choix géographique.

    Fantástico apartamento con vistas al mar. Entre las cosas que más hemos valorado: una buena ubicación en sitio tranquilo con la playa y una cala a 5 minutos del apartamento, la urbanización cuenta con tres piscinas y el apartamento es amplio con dos habitaciones, 2 baños, cocina muy bien equipada, gran salón y una amplia terraza con vistas al mar.

    Pocos servicios en la zona: supermercados....
