    Schön gelegene Wohnung macht den Aufenthalt sehr entspannt

    Das Apartment liegt sehr gut. Vom Balkon aus hat man einen tollen Blick auf das Meer. Fußläufig gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt. Größere Supermärkte sind entweder 20 Minuten zu Fuß oder 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Da es nahe am Strand liegt, gibt es auch viele Restaurants zu besuchen. Die Wohnung selbst ist gut ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer ist neu, es gibt eine Waschmaschine auf dem hinteren Balkon, wo man auch die Wäsche aufhängen kann. In der Küche gibt es einen großen Kühlschrank und eine Spülmaschine. Die Schränke und Kommoden in der Küche sind zwar in die Jahre gekommen - funktionieren aber noch gut. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist auch gut. Wer aber speziellere Geräte braucht, sollte sie mitnehmen. Die anderen Räume sind auch soweit eingerichtet. Es gibt in jedem Raum eine Klimaanlage und einen Deckenventilator der in die Lampe integriert ist.

    Man muss bedenken, dass der Parkplatz der Wohnung nicht sehr breit ist. Kleinwagen passen dort ganz gut rein - falls man einen SUV gemietet hat, wird das Auto nicht in die überdachte Parklücke passen, sodass man die kostenpflichtige Parkplätze in der Nebenstraße nutzen muss.

    Decepcionado

    Que tuviera aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones y plaza de aparcamiento.

    La insonorización, el mobiliario deteriorado, cocina antigua sin horno eléctrico y casi sin menaje, puerta de entrada que costaba dios y ayuda abrir y cerrar.
