  Good location and parking spaces nearby.

  Throughout our stay, we received no contact from the hosts, even via WhatsApp, inquiring about the accommodation or other conditions. Simple courtesy and concern!! The hygiene we found had several negative points, especially in the kitchen. The counter top had breadcrumbs, the dishes were poorly washed (e.g., one of the frying pans and Tupperware containers), and there were ants circulating in various places, requiring constant protection of the food. The coffee machine was not clean. The gas cooktop was old, with rusty burners and a non-functional electronic lighter. Loose electrical outlets and outlets without covers in the kitchen. Doors in some rooms were warped (they creak and don't close easily). The bathroom has a leak, probably in the drain, next to the toilet. The extractor fan doesn't work, and the towel rack next to the bathtub is loose. Since the island's climate is quite hot and humid, I would say that air conditioning is imperative, which it doesn't have! So we had to keep the windows open at night, and the available fans, even at the lowest speed, significantly disrupted our sleep. Going back to the kitchen, the water heater is leaking and constantly turns on when we're not using it, which is quite uncomfortable. During our use, this parallel activity causes the water pressure to drop and generates temperature variations. I'd say it has something to do with the hair salon next door, because the water heater has a branch line to two water outlets, and this behavior of the water heater is observed when the salon is in operation (with clients). If that's the case, it doesn't seem normal to me, especially from a legal, technical, and safety standpoint, but at the very least, the hosts should have warned us. Finally: this information was previously sent to the hosts and, up to the time of this review, i have not received any feedback!!

  Great location, huge apartment with comfy beds, fully equipped.

  Spacious apartment, comfortable beds.

  Appartements on ground floor. Nice bedrooms with a lot of space. Practical kitchen for cooking. Easy to park on the street next to the house. Confidente supermarket is in walking distance.

  Table for eating is in the kitchen and does not have space for more than 4 people to sit comfortably. Ventilation in bathroom doesn't work, and no window to ventilate.

  Schrecklich Nix mit modern und elegant

  Die Unterkunft war leider in einem sehr schlechten und ungepflegten Zustand. Besonders das veraltete und teilweise defekte und abgenutzte Badezimmer sowie die schmutzige Küche und der mit Spinnweben belegte Backofen waren enttäuschend. Die Handtücher waren stark abgenutzt und zudem waren zu wenige vorhanden. Auch die Möbel waren stark abgenutzt und abends liefen Kakerlaken vor der Unterkunft herum. Insgesamt entsprach die Unterkunft überhaupt nicht der Beschreibung und den gezeigten Bildern auf Booking.com. Notgedrungen dort eine Nacht verbracht, danach so schnell es ging von dort geflohen, kein Ort an dem man sich gerne aufhält geschweige wohlfühlt!
