    Wij hebben 13 nachten in het appartement mogen verblijven en we hebben ons er thuis gevoeld en heerlijk geslapen. Wij ko

    Prima lokatie, op de tweede verdieping, goed te doen met de trappen. In het centrum en vlakbij restaurants en supermarkt ook om de hoek. Ruim appartement met twee badkamers en ruim balkon aan de voorzijde voorzien van een tafel met 4 stoelen, prima om aan te eten of lekker te zitten. Uitzicht op de haven, en voor ons belangrijk pal aan de straat van het duikcentrum (scuba Mallorca) Balkon achterzijde voorzien van wasmachine en strandspullen te plaatsen. Goed werkende airco in het gehele appartement. Gezamenlijke dakterras te gebruiken voor de was, waardoor je met je was naar de bovenste verdieping moest. Prima voor grote was stukken, (bad)lakens. Vaatwasser aanwezig. Heerlijke grote koelkast. Bedden zijn geweldig. Voldoende handdoeken ed. Prima werkende Wifi en tv met google chrome cast. Werkte prima! Tip: geef aan waar het Wifi wachtwoord te vinden is of maak een A4 met belangrijke gebruiksaanwijzingen voor bepaalde dingen in het appartement.

    Heel veel spullen van de eigenaar aanwezig. Waardoor het voor ons een beetje ongemakkelijk voelde om bepaalde kasten te openen of daar ook onze eigen spullen in op te ruimen. Badkamers, erg klein en jacuzzi (oud) niet gebruikt. Met de douchen vaak alles nat, in beide badkamers. Maar gelukkig veel droogdoeken. Helaas geen los/staand droogrek, maar voor ons drieën eentje die net te klein was. Zoeken naar schoonmaakmiddelen voor de vloeren. Maar 1 zitbank aanwezig en helaas geen losse aparte zetel erbij zodat je met zijn drieën ook in de kamer zou kunnen zitten/hangen.

    Perfect Location

    We absolutely loved our 2 week stay at Apartamento Nicol. It was simply a 'home from home' and really well equipped with everything we needed. The apartment was quiet, beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was perfect for cooking on those evenings we decided to eat at home. The location was excellent with only a short walk to the beach, central square, bus station, supermarkets and restaurants. We have travelled to Port de Pollenca many times and this was by far the best private apartment we have booked due to the facilities, comfort and location at an affordable price. Our wonderful host Valeria was so responsive to anything we needed and we had the pleasure of meeting each other during our stay. She is truly so lovely to deal with and hope we meet again next year : )
