    A fully equipped, cozy place to explore sunny Valencia

    This apartment is a transformed business space on the groundfloor of a residential building, the entry door leads you directly to the living room. There are 5 similar apts next to each other on the corner. The location is excellent, close to public transport (bus, metro, train), close to a covered farmers' market, supermarkets, several cafes, orxatarias, but not too busy or noisy. The apartment is modern, fully equipped, you can enjoy the cooking, washing functions, we appreciated that cafe capsules, sugar, salt, tea, honey, olive oil, sweetener, yoghurt was provided, plus all kinds of cleaning stuff, towels (but not beach towel, good to know), toiletries as well. Everything is well maintained, the design is very smart and economical, the cleanliness is superb. The small bedroom has a large double bed, very comfortable. We were there in October when the weather is pleasant, so we barely needed the air-con, but we can imagine at peak summertime it is an important feature. Isolation is perfect, so no fear of "uninvited night visitors". Communication was very smooth, timely and relevant. They even let us know that the apt was ready before the official check-in time. The closest beach, the Cabanyal beach is a 15-20 min walk, but you can also hire bikes nearby. The city center (old-town) and the Arts and Science park can be easily reached (Bolt taxi cca 10€, bus, metro, or by foot cca 35-40 min), they are in different locations, but this apartment is a good starting point to all of them.
