    Appartamento spazioso e comodo con 2 Balconcini per l'esterno. Appartamento rimane fresco grazie all' aria condizionata.

    Mold has to be removed.

    Flat has a lot of space and has everything you might need for family stay. Host was very friendly and helpful is all our requests.

    Mold. Host told us that they had accident in the bathroom just before we came. However as mold went to another room and it had sweet rotten smell in the flat, it seems this problem last for some time.

    The accommodation appears to be a commercial space that has been converted into a place to stay. The apartment was very dirty and full of cockroaches. We stayed for three days, and during that time we found around 10 cockroaches. The walls were also very dirty, with yellow stains everywhere. The accommodation is definitely not worth the price. The location is poor, and you need to use public transportation to get both to the beach and to the city center. The only positive aspects were the TV, the refrigerator, and the kitchen, which were decent. Overall, the price does not match what is offered. Rating: 3/10

    ontzettend kunnen genieten van Valencia doordat we een fijne plek hadden om te verblijven.

    Het was een fijne rustige plek in de stad. Als je binnen was hoorde je geen straatgeluiden en kon je rustig slapen. Zodra je buiten was, was er de gezellige drukte van de stad. Het appartement ligt in een niet heel toeristische wijk wat het heel gezellig maakt veel prima supermarkten om de hoek maar ook leuke eettentjes en. De slaapkamers hadden fijne airco. Host Emilio was via whatsapp en mail goed te bereiken als we vragen hadden. Het is een heerlijke plek voor een week Valencia.

    Helaas staan voor de deur vuilnisbakken. Daar kan Emilio niks aan doen maar de geur van afval was binnen goed te ruiken door het ventilatiesysteem. Gelukkig waren de slaapkamers aan de achterkant en kwam de geur daar niet.
