    Communication from beginning to end was amazing. The house keeper was the best and looked after us extremely well .

    Starting with the positives, the apartment is in a great central location, and it took us only about 20 minutes to walk to the city center. It is spacious, and we enjoyed spending the evenings around the fireplace. Unfortunately, there were several issues that affected our stay. The carpet is very old and had a strong urine smell. There is only one queen/king bed, while all of the other beds are single or bunk beds. The pillows were extremely thin, and we had to stack several together just to sleep comfortably. plus its cold so thicker duvets or larger and more comfy blankets would be appreciated. My daughter also came away from the holiday with multiple itchy bites. I contacted the owner privately because I initially had no intention of leaving a public review. However, the response I received did not give me much confidence that the issues would be addressed. The smell in the apartment was by far the biggest concern. In addition, the sauna was not working, I couldn't find the advertised jacuzzi, and the pool was too cold to be enjoyable, so the facilities were not really usable during our stay.
