  Fantastic stay and location.For stays longer then two nights (we stayed 4 nights) more towels needed

  Fantastic location, walk out of complex one way directly to beautiful beach and 3 beach restaurants. Walk out the other way to access taxi or walk to shop/restaurants. Very spacious apartment, well equipt kitchen, big comfortable bedrooms and lounge. Nice powerful shower. Lift access. Nice sized pool with clean toilets/changing area and pleanty of sun loungers. Super accommodating to allow us early check in due to morning flight arrival, thank you.

  We had some external noise from power washing of the whole building which we were woken by on 2 mornings and there were diggers and road works equiptment stored beneath our balcony which were collected each morning which was noisy wake up call which we would rather of known about in advance. No view from balcony, looks out onto road and current roadworks, however very close to beach which makes up for this. Jacuzzi bath does not work, on emptying after normal bath lots of old debris came out of the jet and filter areas which was not nice, so needs a deep clean or say do not use. Sliding door of lounge has cracked glass at bottom corner, which was concerning.

  The apartment is great for a family. All conditions great.

  The only thing I would say could be better is the bath towels; you can see they are very old now, and the kitchen could have some items available there so you can actually cook in it, like salt, pepper, vinegar, things like this that could be used by everyone.

  Cena byla vyšší než skutečný komfort. Ale byli jsme spokojeni s polohou apartmánu.

  poloha apartmánu - blízko na pláž, blízko do města, blízko na kliniku, snadné pro výlety do okolí, parkování v uzavřeném areálu, 2 koupelny, pohodlné postele, vybavená kuchyně, čistota, bazén, příjemná atmosféra v obývacím pokoji.

  v inzerátu je napsáno, že si pronajímáte Prázdninový dům! Což není pravda, jde o Apartmán = Byt = Obývací pokoj, kuchyně, 2 pokoje, 2 koupelny, balkon. Fotografie balkonu neodpovídá realitě. Balkon je orientován na západ, tzn. ráno tam nejde slunce, odpoledne je tam slunce. Balkon je orientován na relativně frekventovanou ulici a na popelnice a tříděný odpad. Tzn. že obden jsou slyšet popeláři, je tam hluk, výhled není moc hezký. Vybavení balkonu je staré a rozbité. Za celý pobyt jsme na balkonu neseděli. Nebylo nám tam příjemně. Na fotce to vypadá, že máte přístup na trávník, což není pravda!

  Enttäuschend

  Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Betreuung durch Tania

  Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig ohne auch nur den Hauch von freundlichem Gastgebertum. Man muss alles mitbringen auch Toilettenpapier,Spülutensilien etc. Am Schlimmsten ist die direkte Lage am Müllsammelplatz auf den man unweigerlich schaut,wenn man auf dem Balkon sitzt.Es stinkt und ist laut.Auch die Lage direkt an der Hauptstraße ist schrecklich.Die Badezimmer völlig veraltet und mit Rost an den Griffen.Die Türen schliessen schlecht.Extrem hellhörig für alle Geräusche auch aus Nebenwohnungen.Der Strand ist zwar sehr nah aber auch wirklich nicht schön.Der Ort ist dreckig und nicht attraktiv.Nur gut,wenn man sehr leidensfähig ist und keinerlei schönes Ambiente erwartet
