    The location is excellent and near everything.

    2nd time of staying here and it's went downhill since my last stay in June. It is very ill equipped with all basic essentials of a very cheap standard. They never left a tea towel to dry dishes. Tv is still hard to work out. Shower floods the bathroom if you have it on at a necessary pace and is very slow to drain.The whole place is badly in need of refurbishment and it wasn't very clean. The bed is very uncomfortable and hard. There is and outside rail for drying clothes etc but very little pegs and the wind blows the clothes off the line and onto the dirty patio. I was scheduled to come back in November into December for 22 nights but have found somewhere better and cheaper. I think the worst thing about this place is there in no air con but 2 large useless stand fans and even with them both on all night it's like sleeping in a sauna. I can't recommend and won't be back.

    Great place to stay!

    Location is peak, very close to the pretty Playa Chica. In addition the boulevard, Playa Grande and plenty of shopping options were on little walking distance. The place had everything that you need for a good holiday in Puerto del Carmen, especially for the price.

    There was a smell in the apartment plus it was not allowed to put paper in the toilet, it has to go in the bin. Has to be said that both things were like this almost everywhere (restaurants, bars etc.) on the Island, so we would not say this is solely happening in this apartment.
