  Problemas de desagüe en baño y moho en las paredes

  Había un problema de tuberías en uno de los baños que lo dejó inutilizado. Lo cual fue un gran inconveniente ya que habíamos contratado justo 2 baños por el tema de los niños y varios adultos que éramos (una de ellas embarazada, y que le venía muy bien el plato de ducha). El agua refluía por el desagüe de la ducha, incluso cuando usabas el lavabo, a parte del mal olor que despendría por todo el piso. Había problemas de salubridad y limpieza, como moho en las paredes y en las cortinilla de los baños, lo cual deja mucho que desear en cuanto al mantenimiento del piso. El anfitrión nos dijo que el problema del desagüe con la ducho fue sobrevenido, pero luego descubrimos en comentarios previos que ya había problemas de fontanería en los baños y en la cocina, lo cual nos sentimos engañados por parte del propietario. La solución que nos dio fue que había llamado al seguro, pero que no venía en menos 48h, por ser festivo, cosa que no nos solucionaba porque ya estaríamos fuera del alojamiento. Tampoco nos compensó por dicho incidente. Por lo que decidimos poner una queja a Booking por incumplimiento de alojamiento.

  A nice apartment with great location but desperately need to sort their plumbing issue!

  It’s a nice location close to the beach. There’s a small playground for children on site. A nice big pool. The apartment itself is nice and spacious and had everything we needed. Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets near by.

  The apartment has a severe plumbing issue. A pipe burst/came loose under the kitchen sink late at night causing the apartment to flood. This was a very stressful situation with a 6, 4 and 2 year old with us! I definitely think this has happened before as there were many water stains on the walls and the ‘owner’ seemed to understand what the problem was as soon I message him, although couldn’t get a plumber to come help as it was a weekend. I had already paid extra for a late check out yet we had to cut the water supply to stop the flooding and therefore couldn’t flush the toilet or take showers on our last day. It ruined the end of our holiday, unfortunately. The ‘owner’ or whoever I was in communication with promised to send back the little bit of extra money I paid for late check out (I really wasn’t asking for much compensation!!) and he couldn’t even do that so it was very disappointing given the stressful experience we had and considering we saved them THOUSANDS of € of water damage as we were luckily in the apartment when the flooding started and did our best to manage it. There was also a gurgling sound from the sinks and a smell of sewage during the week so I think the apartment just has an old plumbing system that needs updating.
