    Apartamento como muito potencial, caso seja realizada uma modernização.

    Localização e serviços a redor

    Os colchões estão muito velhos, assim como as beliches, os ventiladores funcionam mas são tão barulhentos que foi impossível deixá-los ligados.

    Adorei tudo , bem limpo e organizado, apartamento completo e bem aconchegante, bem arejado , contém todos os utensílios domésticos, e bem silencioso o prédio , com total segurança, e o melhor estacionamento, não tirei o carro para nada, fiz tudo a pé , tudo bem próximo, e praia é só atravessar a rua que chegou , adorei e voltarei logo em breve . Super recomendo 🙌🙌🙌🤍
