    A lovely experience!

    I stayed in this apartment for 10 days and had a very pleasant experience. The apartment is practically brand new, tastefully furnished, thoughtfully equipped and extremely comfortable and convenient. It is ideally located within easy walking distance of a metro station, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and other everyday amenities. The location is particularly convenient for exploring Rio de Janeiro independently, with excellent public transport connections to the city center, Botafogo, Copacabana and other areas. The nearby Flamengo waterfront and its extensive parkland offer wonderful opportunities for walking and enjoying the beautiful surroundings of Guanabara Bay. The host was exceptionally helpful, attentive and accommodating, making every effort to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. His hospitality contributed greatly to what was a very pleasant experience. I would happily recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Rio de Janeiro.

    O apartamento é muito novo e tudo muito organizado. Muito bem decorado, confortável. Muito próximo à praia, excelente

    Assustei um pouco por conta do envio das informações para liberação na portaria. Mas deu tudo certo.

    Confortável e tranquilo

    Confortável, silenciosa, bem limpinha, cama confortável e bom ar condicionado. Chuveiro com boa pressão. Tudo em bom estado. Tem uma varandinha simpática no quarto.

    A fechadura eletrônica pra entrar no quarto me deu um baile muitas vezes (ela desbloqueia e bloqueia de novo antes de dar tempo de abrir a porta). E apesar do proprietário ter deixado instruções detalhadas, não consegui fazer o cooktop funcionar.

    Ap excelente em ótima localização

    O apartamento é lindo, tudo muito bem pensado e planejado. A cozinha compacta, mas equipada com as principais coisas do dia-a-dia. O banheiro é excelente, chuveiro ótimo. O ar condicionado da vazão a todo o ambiente tranquilamente. Roupas de cama novas e limpas, assim como as toalhas. A localização é muito boa. O anfitrião Bruno é muito atencioso e sempre está disponível.

    A garagem é reservada por um valor a parte. As vagas são muito (mas muito mesmo) apertadas. Mas nada que comprometa a avaliação muito positiva da acomodação.
