Great place ... bad check in directions.
It had everything we needed.
Check in experience. While the directions were correct, they were very inadequate. It should explain that there are multiple entrances to a courtyard for several buildings, that you should use the beach side entrance, and provide the name on the sign over that entrance. The correct building is in that courtyard, but not visible from the street. It was very confusing.

A great apartment for a couple, with a sea view
The apartment has everything needed for a comfortable stay, except for some basic consumables. The location is ideal: directly on the seafront, with a sea view, in a gated residential complex. The courtyard is clean, pleasant and shady. There is also a private swimming pool, which we did not use, but it was available to us. There are a few things to consider when choosing this apartment. It is located on the 9th floor and has an open balcony, so it may not be suitable for people who are afraid of heights. It is not completely quiet either, as the sound of the waves can be heard clearly. This did not bother us: we slept with the balcony door open and used the AC only for a couple of hours in the afternoon. There is only one proper bed in the apartment. The sofa can be unfolded, but it is suitable only for a child to sleep on. The official check-in time is quite late, but we were able to leave our suitcases when we arrived and eventually checked in earlier. The owner sent detailed instructions via WhatsApp, and we had no problems checking in.
There were no rubbish bags in the apartment when we arrived. The second set of bed linen is only upon request.

Great location, close to the beach
Perfect location! Amazing views from the balcony. It is very close to the beach, supermarkets, bus station, restaurants. Very good patisserie next to the house. Quiet and calm place. All nesessary devices are in the appartment (like the microwave, oven, toster, kettle, even beach umbrella). Good air conditioner. Easy and fast self-check-in. Nice neighbors.
Smell in the bathroom. No extra garbage bags and toilet paper. Also there were no minimal cleaning products in the kitchen. Wi-Fi was not working during 8 days. The host tried to fix it remotely but this process was very long. But in general we are very satisfied with our staying in this apartment.
