La ubicación
Con el check in confirmado,con hora de llegada 15 a 16h, entramos al apartamento a las 16, 20 horas. Reclamamos por no estar realizada la limpieza. La explicación,estaba pendiente todavía, nos lo solucionan cambiando el apartamento por otro libre. Es este apartamento de nueva asignación, pertenece a otro bloque el cual estaba en proceso de pintura en las zonas comunes, hemos sufrido desde el lunes hasta el viernes la incomodidad. El mismo lunes reclamo en recepción que el sofá estaba deformado, cintas rotas y madera rota del sustentación de los asientos. El martes vuelvo a pedir una solución para el sofá somos cuatro personas,además informo de la rotura de la cisterna del WC, no deja cortar el agua. Nos llevan en palabras, hasta nuestra salida este sábado. Existían una lamas sueltas de la tarima,además de una leja de la cocina apoyada el el frigorífico, las he usado para hacer un apaño en el sofá mientras usamos el apartamento.
