Piso bien, personal mal

Spacious apartment, in reasonable condition with good facilities. Staff were very helpful, and there was great communication throughout the stay. Overall we would reccommended this apartment and will use it again should we need to stay in Madrid for any length of time.
The shower in the en suite could have been cleaner, as there were remnants of the last guests around the drain. The main light in the master bedroom was faulty and only worked intermittently, but this was no real issue as there were plenty of additional lights to use..
