  Very disappointing stay, absolutely not recommended

  Unfortunately, this was one of the worst accommodations we have ever stayed at. Upon arrival, the place was extremely dirty and it genuinely seemed as though it had not been cleaned at all. There were also multiple defects, including one toilet seat that was completely loose, while the toilet seat in the other bathroom was half loose. The hygiene was absolutely unacceptable. One clear example was the ceiling fan above the bed. It was covered in so much dust that when we turned it on, thick, dark layers of dust fell straight down onto the bed. This was absolutely disgusting and completely unacceptable for an accommodation that is supposed to be ready for new guests. During our stay, we also all became sick, experiencing symptoms such as coughing and colds. Of course, we cannot determine exactly what caused this, but given the extremely poor hygiene, it made the situation even more concerning. The customer service was also absolutely terrible. On the morning of our check-in, we received no response for hours, leaving us standing outside for approximately an hour. This was an incredibly frustrating way to start our stay. On the very first day, we immediately contacted the host to report our complaints about the hygiene and the various defects. We never received a response. Even after contacting them several more times, we were simply ignored. There was absolutely no proper customer service or willingness to address or resolve the problems. At one point during our stay, we also only had freezing cold water. This was the only issue for which they actually came to the accommodation to fix it. The accommodation also lacked even the most basic necessities. There wasn’t even a proper trash bin, instead, there was simply a bucket being used for this. There were almost no cleaning products, the only things provided were an extremely dirty broom and mop. Overall, this stay was so disappointing.

  A delightful and convenient property that needs better owner management to make it 100%.

  Size and amenities of apartment. Location was good with close proximity to city and shops, etc.

  Great difficulty accessing information about location of property. Information about key pick up was with a good video, however, keys did not have Apartment Number on them, therefore necessitating further contact with agent and delaying entry. A 100 euro cleaning fee is charged for this property. I was stunned to note the freezer was FULL of ice - despite this having been reported by a traveller (Gary, October '25)- I spent more than 75 minutes to defrost. The floors needed immediate sweep and TV remote didn't work - I replaced batteries. Reported toaster not working, but nothing eventuated.
