    Great apartment, perfect location, highly recommend

    Great location for WiZink Center and close to central Madrid too. Easy to get from airport to the apartment using 203 bus. Apartment is clean, comfortable and secure - nice quiet building. The area is nice and safe with restaurants, shops and bars close by.

    Clean apartment in a quiet neighbourhood, only a few minutes from the metro for great value!

    The entire apartment was very clean. you couldn't tell that someone had previously stayed there. the amenities that we used were in good working condition, which were the fridge freezer, iron, air conditioner, showers, tv. There were lots of clean towels for us to use. The apartment was very spacious for the 4 of us. The apartment was away from the street so it wasn't noisy. It was situated in a quiet neighbourhood with a fairly large supermarket only 3-4 minutes away and the metro was only 2 minutes further away. I couldn't pay the damages fee through their app before checking in, so i called their office and I was put through to an english speaking agent quickly, who assisted me in resolving my problem quickly. Using the app to get in and out of the apartment and the apartment building was straightforward to do and staying in the apartment building felt secure in general. The app worked well on the whole. It had a lot of information in terms of how what to do on arrival and before departure, general information about the city, the general rules of staying in the apartment, using it to get in and out of the apartment. The only issue i had was mentioned earlier which was quickly resolved.

    The app states that you can pay by amex to make a pre authorisation for damages before your arrival (it has an amex logo), however when i tried it failed. When I spoke to the agent they stated that they do not take amex. That needs to be amended so it is correct.
