Beautiful appartement in Cadiz
Excellent appartment: beautiful, big, nicely decorrated and located in a beautiful square in the old town. 15-20 minutes walking to the beach.

The location was great
The kitchen amenities were absent, from very basic cooking things such as salt napkins, oil, etc , they expect you to buy everything. They didnt provide hand soap for a bathroom, toiletries etc (they expect you to buy it). For the price, the expectations don't match the reality. They charge you for location, which is indeed great, but as for the rest, I would not consider this value for money , it's too expensive for what you get.

Cumple necesidades básicas pero necesita actualización
Ubicación
Faltaba algo de limpieza, piso en 3 planta, bloque y piso antiguo con un lavado de cara. Cumple las necesidades básicas para estancias de unos días , pero para dos parejas tomaría otra opción. La cama de la habitación del salón deja mucho que desear colchón de “sofá cama” no debería de ofertarse como tal. Es cama supletoria o para niños no para dormir dos adultos

Falta mantenimiento con buena ubicacion.
Bonitas vistas. La limpieza pasable.
Aún sigo esperando mi fianza, olor a cañerias y madera del balcon inestable. A pesar de yo dejar el apartamento en buenas condiciones. Había un sillón con una para rota. Ya estab asi. Me escriben una semana después de que habia una pata doblada. Olor a humedad al entrar. Agua sale tibia porque la ducha esta colgada fija muy arriba.. Pasillo hundido por un lado, se siente como que se mueve. La madera del balcón del barandal se mueve y es peligroso porque es un tercero. Al entrar estaba todo oscuro . Lo cierran todo . Pero puedes abrirlo y mwjora el aire fresco. Claridad es importante en un apartamento. Han retenido mi fianza de 200 euros y nadie se hace responsable. No me han devuelto nada ni presentado ninguna factura. No ofrecen gel pero si jabón.

A bit of Andalucian heaven.
The apartment was spacious and light filled. Everything worked. Located above a lovely square. Inside, lots of lovely decorative touches.
No problems at all.
