  Very big and clean apartment

  The apartment is huge, very clean and equipped with everything you might need. More than enough towels, kitchenware, a dishwasher, a washing machine and detergent. The beds are very comfortable. There are lots of booklets containing visiting tips in and around Bilbao. The metro station is 2 minutes walking from the appartment and i it takes about 15 minutes to the center and half an hour to the beach. The host also lended us a metro card to use for the duration of our stay, which was much cheaper than buying individual tickets. There's a grocery shop across the street and several nice cafés. The parking is a big plus, as parking on the street is nearly impossible. The parking spot is on the small side, but manageable (we have a big car).

  There's a lot of noise coming from the street and the cafés downstairs, also during the night, even with the windows closed. I am a light sleeper but eventually got used to it. Also used my earplugs.

  Ottima soluzione per andare in centro, perfetta sé avere l’auto

  Molto grande e confortevole. Tre camere matrimoniali, grande salone, cucina attrezzata di tutto (frigo, lavastoviglie, microonde, lavatrice, tostapane, bollitore, ogni tipo di stoviglie e pentole), due bagni entrambi dotati di doccia, uno spazio per stendere il bucato, un posto auto al chiuso. Gestione top: Il gestore è stato molto flessibile, mi ha permesso un late checkout che mi ha reso molto più semplice. Altrettanto flessibile il check in, super dettagliate le indicazioni all’arrivo, risposte sempre rapide su miei messaggi. La posizione è strategica. Ha i mezzi pubblici comodi (che noi non abbiamo usato) ed è vicino all‘imbocco dell’autostrada con cui sarete in centro in pochi minuti. Si parcheggia facilmente in centro con pochi euro, ed il traffico è scorrevole. C’è un supermercato a 100 metri. Da qui in auto si visitano tutti i Paesi Baschi, tornando per dormire. C’è davvero tanto da vedere. Noi eravamo in 4 con 6 posti letto… davvero comodi. Secondo me è davvero una soluzione valida.

  Zona trafficata e rumorosa, meglio tenere chiuse le finestre, ma non c’è l’aria condizionata. Tuttavia il clima non è caldo nemmeno d’estate, si sta bene anche senza condizionatore e ci sono due ventilatori nell’appartamento se proprio morite di caldo. Poche prese di corrente libere, portatevi una presa multipla . I bagni sono ciechi. Il posto auto richiede attenzione nelle manovre se avete un‘auto grande. La zona non è centrale, ma è strategica per andare in centro. Sono tutte piccolezze, l’appartamento è un’ottima soluzione.
