Las instalaciones y el piso entero muy bonito era amplio, tenía de todo, además era cómodo y apenas se escuchaba ruido del exterior.
Qué la parte opaca que hay en las ventanas que dan a la calle no fueran más altas y daba la impresión de que la gente de fuera husmeaba al pasar ya que el apartamento por el exterior es muy bonito con plantas que llaman la atención e incitaban a la gente a mirar al pasar.

Las instalaciones sin muy comodas
La limpieza de las paredes, humedades, presencia de insectos, baja o nula respuesta del anfitrion para atender requerimientos.
