Buon appartamento, migliorabile con qualche accorgimento

Posizione ottima, appartamento carino, pulizia ok, gestore disponibile

L'appartamento merita qualche accorgimento: qualche problema con l'aria condizionata - poi sistemato dal proprietario. Il secondo split è un po' rumoroso. La porta del bagno non si chiude.
