The noise completely ruined three nights of sleep

    Location

Our stay has been completely ruined by the extreme noise outside our room, which faces the swimming pool. Although your posted hours state the pool closes at 8:00 PM, guests have been swimming and shouting loudly at 2:00 AM and 3:00 AM every night. With no staff monitoring the area or enforcing the rules, we have not been able to sleep for three consecutive nights. This lack of security and basic noise control is unacceptable for a resting environment.
