  Хорошее место на Тенерифе

  Отличные апартаменты в хорошем районе острова по разумной цене. Общение с хозяином, заезд, организация трансфера прошли легко и удобно. Апартаменты очень чистые и просторные. Кровать удобная, кондиционер тихий и не дует на кровать. Поэтому пять ночей, проведенных нами на Тенерифе, были очень комфортными. Самый близкий к апартаментам пляж Duque лучший на острове. Только приходите туда не позже 10.00, иначе не сможете взять шезлонг в тени. Стоимость двух шезлонгов и большого зонта над ними 19 евро, что очень адекватно по цене. Прогулка от пляжа к апартаментам хоть и идет в гору, но совершенно необременительна. Поэтому нам все понравилось.

  Жаль, что большая терраса с шезлонгами выходит на улицу, а не во двор с бассейном.

  Amazing place to stay with an outdoor pool and terrace in Costa Adeje.

  Great place to stay in Costa Adeje! 9/10 experience, we got even more than expected. The apartment is a part of the larger complex that features: underground parking, free-of-charge outdoor pool, lovely cats to pet :). Host was friendly and left us a welcome drink❤️. The apartment is HUGE for a couple, it has 2 rooms+kitchen, two outside terraces, a dedicated bathroom with a tub. What else? Fast WiFi, TV with loads of channels, comfy beds and an air conditioner, wow.

  Only reason that this property gets -1 point is leaking washing machine in the kitchen. We reported it to the host and they said they're going to fix it shortly.

  Experiencia agridulce

  El apartamento tiene una ubicación excelente, muy práctica para movernos por la zona. Los anfitriones se mostraron cercanos y amables durante toda la estancia. En cuanto a precio, nos pareció ajustado a lo que ofrece, y el espacio es muy cómodo para una pareja.

  El principal inconveniente fue la presencia de cucarachas, que aparecieron en 4 de los 6 días que estuvimos alojados, tanto en la cocina como en el baño y, más adelante, en el salón. Durante nuestra ausencia mantuvimos la vivienda cerrada y ventilábamos en las horas más frescas, así que las condiciones por nuestra parte fueron siempre cuidadosas para que no entrase nada del exterior en nuestra ausencia. Nos llamó la atención que los insectos aparecían justo al volver a casa y que huían siempre hacia el mismo punto, lo que hace pensar que se trata de un foco ya instalado en el apartamento y no de algo puntual. Se lo comunicamos a los propietarios el segundo día, y su respuesta fue disculparse y ofrecer una fumigación para el día siguiente. Aunque entendemos su preocupación y que quisieran que estuvieramos presentes durante el proceso, para nosotros no era viable dedicar parte de nuestras vacaciones a esa gestión. Tambien creo que durante una fumigacion no deberia haber nadie en el apartamento, pero eso es una cuestión personal. En cualquier caso, creemos que con un mantenimiento y una revisión periódica del apartamento este problema no debería haber llegado a producirse

  Great apartment… great price, great comms, lovely communal pool, v nice quiet local area…would we recommend.. 100%… woul

  Everything..!!! Boring I know… but we really couldn’t fault the place…Cracking find… cracking stay… really nice development… lovely pool, place clean… only thing area wise is it was quiet up there… would have loved a bar within 5 mins to go to if you didn’t want to walk up and down a big hill…..but if you want peaceful… this is a cracker.

  There was nothing we didn’t like ….

  Fantastic apartment in a great location. Clean, well equipped and we’d happily stay here again.

  The apartment was spotless on arrival and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent, with plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and the beach within walking distance. We loved the outdoor space and it was a great base for exploring Costa Adeje. Communication with the host was easy and check in was straightforward.

  The walk back from the beach is slightly uphill, but it wasn’t too strenuous and we didn’t mind it.
