    El punto es muy bueno.. es cómodo.. para una familia.. tener en cuenta que las habitaciones están en el piso de arriba.. la ducha muy buena y lo fundamental es que tiene lavarropas..

    La ubicación es muy buena, a pocas cuadras de Rua das Pedras y de la parada del 1001, supermercados, tiendas, bares a dos pasos, el departamento muy amplio y cómodo, los aires funcionaban perfectamente, muy tranquilo, sin ruidos molestos.

    Podrián agregar trapos de piso, la ventana del living tiene una pequeña ranura por donde entra agua cuando llueve y no teniaimos con que secar, tuvimos que usar toalla de cocina que compramos, estaria bueno tener un ventilador en el living porque cuando llueve hay que cerrar del todo la ventana porque entra agua y queda muy sofocado el ambiente.
