    A fantastic, budget-friendly home base for exploring Porto with a group.

    This is a wonderful place, thoughtfully designed to make a group stay truly enjoyable. We stayed with a large group and created wonderful memories in such a lovely atmosphere. A huge thank you to Marta, who took such great care of us—we had fantastic communication. Marta's colleague also took the time to carefully explain all the local info and how to use the apartment, which was a huge help!

    True to its name, this vintage-style accommodation has wonderful character, though older details like the doorknobs can be a bit quirky to operate. It’s a lovely place, but probably not for everyone—it's ideal for travelers who enjoy historic charm and don't mind a few eccentricities. Walking to and from the town center requires navigating a steep hill, so keep that in mind if you prefer flat terrain. That said, getting an Uber is quick and hassle-free.

    Recommended for a large group of friends/family. Will comfortably sleep 10.

    The apartment was perfect for our group of 7. We were met by Isobel who was very informative about the area and places to visit. The breakfast, as many have already said, was amazing with a great choice of cereal, fruit, breads and yoghurt. There was even enough to have ham and cheese toasties after a busy day ‘on the hills’. The beds were comfortable and even though there was no aircon, the fans were effective. At first we thought the property was a bit far out but we discovered that the main shopping streets with the big names were only 5 minutes away on a parallel street to ours.
