Good apartment that would improve with more maintenance.

I liked most of things at the apartment. The balcony, the appliances, the utensils, etc. Obviously the location and the view that was amazing. The mattresses were new and very comfy. When we had issues they responded well and quickly.

I did not like the maintenance state as there were a few things in bad working order. For example, the basin drain was blocked and not draining, the beds were broken, there was no vacuum cleaner. It was not very clean.
